How to request deletion

You have the right to request the deletion of any personal data we hold about you. This includes data submitted through our contact form (name, email, company, project details).

How to submit a request

Send an email to developpement@pilletgreniebureau.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

• Your full name
• The email address associated with your data
• A description of what data you want deleted

Processing time

We will process your request within 30 days and confirm the deletion via email.

What we delete

Upon request, we will permanently delete:

• Contact form submissions containing your personal data
• Any email correspondence stored in our systems
• Any project-related data tied to your identity

Exceptions

We may retain data required by law (e.g., invoicing records for tax purposes) for the legally mandated retention period, even after a deletion request.
