We don't sell
tools.

Bureau started from a simple observation: nobody needs a website, an app or a CRM. What people need is for their ideas to work.

So we don't slice projects into separately billed bricks. We design the whole system — design, development, automation, hosting — and ship one integrated product that runs from day one.

Two founders, zero outsourcing. We hold every layer of the stack and commit personally to every project. It is a slower thing to sell. It is a much better thing to build.

Quentin structures projects before a single line of code is written. He turns a fuzzy need into a clear scope, a product architecture and an integration plan — so the build starts on foundations rather than assumptions.

Based in Sri Lanka, he works with clients across Asia and the Middle East, in their time zone and at their pace.
